Ciao friends. I started collecting 1:400 models, mainly charter airlines and some models that, i imagine, will be never realized in 1.500 scale.
I know that the quality of the 1.400 models is superlative, in fact having some of these airplanes in the hands is a pleasure for the eyes!

Thanks friends! About the 1:200 models...i'm already hated by some collectors because of my 3179 1:500 models and my new 1:400 collection, i don't want to risk an attempt starting a 1:200 collection (envy is a bad beast)!
I'm joking of course, and i must say that this forum is really friendly and very professional; the most important thing is that when i connect to the forum i feel relaxed.
Two new 1:400 models landed: Germania TUI B737-700 and Alaska Airlines B737-400.
I'm waiting a package from Aviation Center Berlin with many 1:500 models but also some 1:400 charters:
- Monarch A320
- Hifly A320
- MyTravel A330-300
- Yakutia Tu-154
- British Airways B737-400 (this airplane is the workhorse of the BA charter activity).
I have already ordered:
- Thomson B737-800 new livery (Phoenix)
- Aeroflot Tu-154 (old livery)
- SAS B737-800
- Air One A320
- Egyptair B737-800WL
- Allegiant Air B757-200WL

Hi Allesandro
Did you ever get the Herpa Ansett Australia 767-200 in 500 scale, I was told its a rarer one made by Herpa. Old generation gear of course

I haven't it and for a simple reason: i found it at Dusseldorf Boerse, it was very expensive (150 euro) but the nose is really awful so i decided to not buy it. I know it is old generation, i know i really love Ansett Australia, i'm sorry but the model is awful. I love the baby-widebodies (B767-200, A330-200, A340-200, B747SP...), and i would like that someone would realize:
Qantas B767-200
Maxjet B767-200
Ansett Australia B767-200
Thomson B767-200
US Airways B767-200
Continental B767-200
Silverjet B767-200
Aerosur B767-200 "Sharko" (i hope it will be voted as Herpa Wings Club model)

What a beauty! You don't imagine how many years i have waited for this airplane in 1:500 scale...then i decided to buy it in 1:400. I would have preferred the regular livery, without the stick of the stupid soccer players.
